I spoke to my loan officer and I’m doing a renovation loan.

I think the best thing to do is get her with a loan officer to help her get prequalified. 

I found the state licensing office and got a list of everyone who had a tire hauling license in the state.

The numbers actually looked intriguing so I went online to punch in the pre-screened offer code and got connected to a loan officer. 

I tried developing several applications with actual calendars, but the tiny squares with the Day Numbers was too small for data entry and to see exactly what your task (or multiple tasks) for any specific day required the used to click on each date.

So at best case the engineers said "yup, this will have negative ripple effect on that other side but F-em, we only care about this 1 tiny positive". 

Preferably an officer who has been at this for at least 20 years, and is very knowledgable about estate/probate issues, affidavits of heirships, etc.

I've seen guys in my office have success wholesaling residential around the country and I just get frustrated because it doesn't translate into Commercial.

In 2008 there WERE people that lost properties because loans were due, and there was no other financing available, but supposedly that was a very tiny amount.
