One aspect of RE buying and selling that we are not very familiar with is Lease Optioning.From the perspective of the investor I understand that you take over payments of the mortgage while the mortgage stays in the borrowers name but I want to understand the details of this a little more.

I see these post on BP's raging on Brokers then when you dissect it its all about the broker not being Johnny or Jane at the rat hole over a 20k transaction LOL.Last thoughts its been a great Career for me... and brokerage just lead to many other aspects of RE..
