Also, having a buyer or buyers list in your pocket is helpful so you can target leads that have a better chance of turning into deals as opposed to casting too wide of net and getting lost.

I'm probably on hold now until the need for "social distancing" for covid19 passes. 

Even if there's no shelter in place order, a lot of people will be deciding to just renew their old lease rather than go out and find a new place because of social distancing.
