I didn’t hire a PM this time since it’s our first rental and I wanted to learn some things about PMing my own property.

You might want to see if there are any local investor groups or Meetups you can join to accelerate your learning curve, maybe even find a mentor.Another thing - there are deals on the MLS!

This is my first post on this forum after having learned of Bigger Pockets a few weeks ago through the Real Estate podcast.My wife and I are interested in doing our first ever fix & flip in the Eugene, OR area with very little capital to spare.

But I am here to learn and grow!
