You just asked for realtor help and it sounds like nothing has been signed. 2 you drew this interest of your own diligence and don't owe anyone anything if the deal works. 3 I'm sure you communicated to realtor that you had already made attempts to sell yourself, so she shouldn't be surprised if something comes from that and certainly shouldn't expect you to walk away or include her in this deal. 4.
