But just as an example: From a numbers perspective, my 5 bed 2 bath is bringing in ~$3750 (rent by room strategy) versus if I were to rent it out as a single family home... ~$2700/month.property taxes in denver are much lower than Texas, but I would look into this strategy just in case!
