I have posted 2 apartments for rent over the past 2 months and i get absolutely bombarded with emails and calls expressing interest and asking to set up showings, I am overwhelmed.I just recently listed a 3 bedroom apartment for $1000/mo tenant pays utilities, w/d hookups in the unit, extra storage space and a nice back yard. listed 3 days ago, 75 people have contacted me and im running out of time and availability to show it to everyone thats interested, it just wont be possible. im in a small town in NH and im very new to real estate, but is this normal?

Seems that my DTI ratio never qualifies for a big enough loan to buy another feasible property.

Also the feasibility to have private utilities if city water and sewer at not availableI went through a lot of this earlier this year and it wasn't feasible for me to build.

In certain Zoning Districts Community facility is allowed, but you would need to hire an architect to do a feasibility study to verify if this applies to you and what implications the change would entail.

Quartz in all the bathrooms. 1 car garage with storage.

Storage could be built and sectioned off for possible additional income.HVAC are less than 10 years old. 

Instead, everything is going into a storage and we will be moving back home.

It isn't cheap, but it is feasible.

I just don't see how that's feasible when you're trying to get a realtor AND  contractor there at the same time.
