Hello, my name is Jason I'm very new to real estate and my goals are to start getting into rental companies and provide myself enough income to do it full time and quit my job. 

I am curious to know if anyone has had any experience renting by the room on furnished finder, I am having a bit of trouble finding quality tenants for my house hack and I'm starting to consider furnishing some of the rooms and listing them on them on furnished finder.

I would also invest some in tech start ups, medical companies and other start ups. 

We have a long-term tenant who has recently started having a guest live with them.

I'd start by talking to your neighbour and asking them to split the cost 50:50 saying that the longevity is reduced because their dog keeps jumping up on it. 

My wife and I are looking for a two family to start with for our 1st home.

I started listening to BiggerPockets just this year!

If anyone has any advice and direction of how best to start, I'm listening.

And 2) It is like saying...Everyone eats food, so food has huge competition, so it is better to start eating rocks!
