Hi BP, So Im a senior about to graduate.

My opinion.. try out something local and if you can't afford it, then you probably should probably skip the $6 Starbucks coffees for a while, steal McDonald coupons from senior centers, sell your new car, and ride the bus.Not always the case.

They'll either go to some sort of seniors housing, or, quite honestly, they'll pass away.

You won't want to do a double close, buying it yourself and selling it for more or they could come after you for taking advantage of a citizen as a professional which you will hands down lose in court.

No 2016 Tax return because I was a senior in college.

I am in South Florida; in our tri county area- Palm Beach, Broward & Miami Dade counties, we have one of the highest percentage of senior residents in the country.

If you’re earning income then I imagine you are filing your taxes here in the US that is if you are a citizen or resident living abroad.

I’m a non-US citizen looking to invest and Turnkey seems to be the safest most logical option and I’m trying to find the safest company to go with.Would appreciate it if someone could please direct me to either that podcast or a list of the best Turnkey companies.
