I just see the value of scale on the multifamily side so its tough to remain patient as capital accumulates.This is only my second deal so i don't want to pursue a syndication until i have more of a track record.

But your system doesn't scale. 

Which is fine, but if you have a full time job or want scale quickly you need to hires other to do stuff for you.

In it I worked with one of the largest property manager's in Birmingham to grade all of the neighborhoods in the metro area on an A-F scale so investors can assess the level of risk with a particular property.

While a LLC could be sufficient, I did not want to have to transfer properties to a Series LLC later as I scale my business. 

Is there a similar inspection you can pay for (though on a much larger scale) before purchasing the property that can help assure you it's a solid deal that won't require a ton of work?

When you scale it out, we collect thousands a month in Late fees...not to mention I have yet to meet a PM that was anything more than OK...most are awful....awful...including some really big ones.

Yes I would be purchasing in the US.I always thought it would be best to get my feet wet with single family and small multi family, and eventually scale up to apartment buildings over time.

I also have a very solid biz partner which could help speed up the scale process.What would you guys suggest?
