Hi,Does anyone know of a way to finance sheriff sale properties prior to acquiring deed. 

I learned from my research that most of banks will see it as a sales transaction and would ask to pay off the mortgage.

She had it listed for short sale before it  eventually went into foreclosure. 

The sale price I posted was the asking price purely to show that at the asking price it still seemed like a good deal, I would be interested in making an offer for less.
