I'm going to be listing my house for sale in a week and a newish neighbor has me worried that he might drive away potential buyers and I'm not sure what to do.

Ideally, nothing should be plugged into that receptacle except the fridge so people are safe from shocks related to ground fault.

If the appraiser sees a big dollar amount for your list, they might increase the price adjustment to be more in your favor.The appraiser won't walk through any of the comps - they'll look at the MLS photos, the MLS description and do a drive-by. 

Assure them in return you will be professional, offer them a great warm safe property , and that you will respond promptly to needed repairs as they come up .

I am also in the final prelaunch stages of a new cleaning product line for the home that is green, safe and eco-friendly.With all of that said, this is how I currently generate cash flow, but would like to grow into REI so that I can (one day) focus on developing more products and platforms to aid others in their lives and spend time with family.

So the neighbors picked through, taking the computers, hard drives, kitchen stuff and the city scooped up the rest.
