Older homes are being remodeled/renovated or completely torn down and in place are some of the most beautiful homes being built.

I am planning to remodel the kitchen, bathroom and hopefully build an extra room so nothing structural.I don't actually need an architect for what I am doing, is there a way of doing this that I can avoid getting an architect involved?

So on July 15th i gave a 30 day non renewal of rent notice, so September 1st i plan to start the remodeling.
