I wish I had better solutions to tell you....

Richmond but rather Richmond in general, so I'm struggling to find reliable information on just how dangerous (or not) this community is.

I had someone ask me some questions and the problem to their solution was: read the contract and understand the contract. 

How do you people with the multiplexes find reliable on site managers or companies to take over?

Maybe your dad knows of a good management solution or maybe he or others can mentor you.  

Also if there is any feedback about AccuData as a company if there data is really reliable ?

The downside to that maybe is that the value is all in one property, as opposed to spread out over multiple (all eggs in one basket kind of situation).A possible solution to this is trading up each property individually.

Just looking for someone both knowledgeable and reliable, so I can look at different homes and purchasing options. 

Does any body know of a reliable lender in the Tampa Bay area?

If the property is truly worth $360K, then speaking with your lender about getting a small loan to pay off the full amount of the taxes might be another solution and amortize the payments out over a longer period so you can make payments easier.
