While not a total first in that I enjoy drawing the plans for many of the projects we do, this was by far the LARGEST custom home my team and I have imagineered up to this point.Framing went pretty fast, which helped make up for LOTS of lost time in the Roswell Permitting department and our FEEBLE first attempt at lot development. 

I have worked in sales, marketing, and customer service and I have always wanted to get into the real estate business, so I finally made the leap three months ago.  

And if you have a problem they have great customer service.

"Harrisburg County TX assessor's office", you'll generally come up with an appropriate link to the relevant local government office.

Even though it came with tons of great features, the lack of customization ability made it too difficult to integrate for how I run the business.  

It makes sense as the security went up, security cameras, rents went up and solid citizens came in as customers.

I have heard it mentioned that some lenders have a 3 or so property limit with customers with large portfolios. 

Boring, safe....but who wants someone standing on the corner during tax time dressed in a costume to attract customers?

What some larger house in another neighborhood sold for is not relevant.

It’s a good idea to watch a few of the videos they've created for other customers to get an idea of what you can expect.
