In fact, most guru stuff simply turns you into a birddog basically, sending deals to others.IMO, you'll need a good grasp of business and contract law and be able to research and understand the purpose of statutes.

All serve a separate purpose, though there's two that are used more than the third.

We have a handful of early customers now, but I am purposefully trying to take a cautious approach to things with our early beta folks to make sure the experience is tight.

When I bought it last year, the purpose was to use it as primary residence since its located in district with great school ratings, low crime and a good neighborhood.

I also plan on starting an LLC for liability purposes and to use it as a vehicle to a small business Loan to further my REI portfolio in a few years.
