It depends on the tower company managing the tower, tower tenant, rent escalator that comes with the lease, etc.The proposed deal structure (selling the lease separate than the fee simple) is often a smart strategy to be used by sellers when they know buyers won't pay what the secondary cell tower lease market will pay for the lease.Nick G.

Not to mention that most 20 unit (even larger) apartment communities don't have another 50 parking spots for these proposed gatherings.

Of course, I'm gravitating towards partnering up and have met some people with interesting proposals but I wanted to reach out to a bigger community for some input. 

For years, and particularly this past year, we have been voicing our opinion about the negative consequences of this tax through the media and meetings with legislators at the State House.

I am considering proposing one of the two following compensation structures:     - 75/25 profit split (or some similar percentage)     - I keep a flat $X per month, and anything they can make on top of that is theirs to keep.
