@Lisa Koff if you were in Chicago my husband offers mentorships but he likes doing them in person so he can show the person real flips and new construction in progress from beginning to end.

Granted; they should have a shelf life.. you want to OWN real estate not just get another job… but if you are completely and utterly new to it, and don’t understand it fundamentally, then there’s nothing wrong with slow progress and getting paid along the way.

Any of these paths will get the needle moving for you and I suggest taking the one that reduces your cost of living the most and/or the one that nets you the most progress towards property 2 or 3.
