What was your Plan?

There are pros and cons to each, but the way I see it, if you have a set strategy you plan on implementing over and over again, then you need to find a direct lender who specializes in that investing strategy.

Conservatively, I would plan on 12-18 months of lost rent (before rehab) and a signifcant amount of money/time to turn over the unit. 

WE plan on building a 2 bedroom home that we an AirBnB.https://viventum.com.mx/Our goal would be to visit the property twice a year (November and March) and rent it the remaining months. 

I live in NY, and plan to invest in FL.

You can also do a Deferred Sales Trust, again all depends on what you are planning to do with the proceeds of the sale.

How much money do you have saved or how do you plan on financing and/or buying a first property?

We are finishing renovation on a 2/2 that we plan to MTR.

I plan to replace this before flip is complete.
