If so, you would likely need to lower your rent a little or you will have a difficult time keeping the building full.Our experience is that a garage is nice but not essential, however, off street parking is certainly a huge bonus.The area of Lakewood has a big impact but the 2 bedrooms can run from $600-700 in the city.

We are supposed to close on 2 more in the coming weeks - one in westland, one in redford..50 properties seems SO FAR AWAY, but i am carving away...if i ever get to 50, i might stop so that i can save money so when the economy tanks again, i can buy a few streets and rename the neighborhood to "Georgetown".
