Trying to proceed with the best form of action. 

Not filing the paperwork within the states may potentially not allow you to bring actions to court.I am suspicious if not paying the Nevada Annual fee to dissolve it is the best route.

If you have not done your inspection and cleared up this problem I hope yu have begun th eeviction process or taken some form of direct action wiith tennats handler.

Could also just be a tenant dispute but need to know more about the situation, possibly asking the up stairs tenants to sit down and speak about the issue and what the following course of actions will be if this continues. 

@Nathon Norberg - THere is/was a private Facebook group of folks that got together on this and may have found a lawyer to take the case (I believe its under "erentpayment discussion group").I got very lucky and was able to have one tenant take alternative action, otherwise we didnt get beaten up with the debacle.

The process was interesting to see in action.  

Waldo-To me this one seems rather far from the action but seems to be a perennial favorite in KC?

The memo also notes that, "Under this pilot contract, Host agrees to identify and provide location and advertising data on a total of 3,500 unlicensed properties by February 2020...The department expects to initiate enforcement action against all 3,500 properties identified."
