Not filing the paperwork within the states may potentially not allow you to bring actions to court.I am suspicious if not paying the Nevada Annual fee to dissolve it is the best route.

Could also just be a tenant dispute but need to know more about the situation, possibly asking the up stairs tenants to sit down and speak about the issue and what the following course of actions will be if this continues.

@Nathon Norberg - THere is/was a private Facebook group of folks that got together on this and may have found a lawyer to take the case (I believe its under "erentpayment discussion group").I got very lucky and was able to have one tenant take alternative action, otherwise we didnt get beaten up with the debacle.
