I'm a software developer for a smart property management platform and the "always on" wifi is a challenge were trying to navigate right now for 150+ unit communities. 

And I don't know what I would do with out @Mindy Jensen helping me navigate all things Bigger Pockets!

I agree LI is abit difficult to navigate and find useful info.If you're not using LI for useful real estate networking, contacts or business help/advise, marketing your services....What do you recommend using?

The "Learn" link across the top navigation bar has lots of great info, and most importantly, the BP members!

If you can navigate the banking world you can have perhaps as much as $150,000 to start for your new real estate or new small business.
