The house that has the well pressure tank also supplies the electric to the pump , if that tenant has their electric cut off , both buildings have no water . second , if there is a water treatment system that too is in the first house , who takes care of the chemicals.

My problem seems the larger the group I'm shy or chill, if I have to approach others then I get a little overwhelmed & would rather stay in place letting others come to me as I feel that I don't want to bother, pressure or be the first to talk with an introduction, i'm more go with the flow type person.

Using hard money allowed us to pick up the property instantly with very little of our own money down and then put in only the money needed for the fixup and the monthly hard money payments - which we could manage more easily. (4) Brick siding is usually very durable and all we did was do 2 rounds of pressure washing to get it to look like that (note that another reason why the photos look good is because they were all taken from my wife's iPhone @Pragya Singh, she's very proud of it :) )Hope these help and I'd be glad to help answering any more questions.

You get into the ones that do half a house and they start getting really expensive.Might want to just charge for a new unit and let the rental pay it off over time. example you spend 1,500 but on card at 40  a month and spread the cost out over time.If you can add ceilings fan cheaply maybe that takes pressure some off the system.
