I'm looking for more properties in the DFW metroplex, don't really mind spreading the net out - as long as I can drive there in ~1 hr.  

If I were allowed to run my place as an AirBnB, I would take it seriously, abide by all local laws, be mindful of the neighbors, pay all my taxes, ect.

Keep in mind I don't pay rent or that many bills.

However, my wife and I have since found new motivation and come into a little money and now we want to capitalize and make things happen.
