I currently use free PM software but understand that I would likely have to find a program that is more comprehensive and allows us to automate everything from the onboarding process to tenant communications....and everything in between.

@Corey Gilroy I keep tabs on gang activity by monitoring shootings and gun shot wounds on the police scanners.

Bigger Pockets has some great state forums and usually there are good locals that monitor those.

A professional management software will take care of the online payments.

There really is no specific software for this as each project is going to be different.

What single accounting software is the best for me to use for both?

I'm looking for any software\app for self-managing rental properties.Anyone knows of any good ones?

Currently, I am running everything through my personal account (working on getting business account setup and accounting software) and mortgages/expenses are paid through that account as well.
