Any money back is a good thing

Even without the cheap money and the cash flow, I always make the rental as sound and maintenance-free as possible before occupancy.

On the other hand, you can make money in any area, even areas with no growth as there are still people that live there, even if the population is declining. 

I'm not scared to spend money.  

Where is the rehab money coming from, cash or financed?

Anyone have any ideas on how I can get this deal done with low / no money down?

Hello,We completed 2023 with Insite Tax & are hoping to find better services for the money.

The new appraiser won't make any adjustments so we're calling a new appraiser to get the value of the home up so we can pull some more money out.

Let's say someone has the knowledge and the contacts but needs the money or needs someone who can get a loan; or viceversa, someone who has the money, but needs someone with the knowledge and contacts to have successful BRRR cases.
