My concern with that is, if I wanted to sell the property in about 3 years (which was my exit plan) and things like asbestos removal were not done properly, it could really come back to bite me.

It's a little different for me as a lender, but I learned very VERY early on while driving all over the place from Timbuktu to East Oakland to Vallejo that someone who isn't motivated enough to either a) come to my office or b) upload a W2 and some paystubs and other paperwork, isn't a good use of my time - my conversion rate while I was the "mobile mortgage man" was incredibly low, and my hours worked was ridiculous.

I am concerned about the market saturation since there seems to be a lot of these available or being built. 

Hi all,Would like to get feedback of a possible mobile home park deal that I have on contract in Indianapolis, IN. 

Me personally, it really is not a concern of mine if the market goes up or down because we buy properties for the long term that generally have value add and cash flow.

If your main concern is the credit hit I would not worry about it too much as it takes 3-4 months at most to recover.

(Im on my trade associations public policy committee, and this is an issue we have a big voice in)Also, Im just quoting these regs quick and off the top of my head, dont take them as the exact or only regs concerning this.In Montgomery County...it is hard to find a property that has the driveway space to make them legal.
