Here's the biggest needs & what most people are looking for generally speaking:1) Deals2) Private $3) Sponsors/Key principals to go on a loan4) Help underwriting5) Help with research, making phone calls, administrative tasks, etc.So that said- like @Todd Dexheimer mentioned, what is your skill set?  

I think I failed to mention this is for a 5-unit commercial office/retail space, so not residential (which doesn't matter regarding what I was asking help with).

I just don't want to mention any names  because they were great.

As @Sam Shueh mentioned, it must stay with an independent third party such as a title company, an attorney etc.

In the very least, you will want to do all the bullet points you mentioned and try to keep all aspects of the business in the name of the business and separate from your personal business.

Like you have mentioned, Lexington has seen increased growth consistently over the years (I believe since the 1800's and even during the financial collapse).

As Alpesh mentioned, if you could be a bit more specific - I can definitely try and point you in the right direction.

One thing that has not been mentioned is there is a cost to placing a new tenant.
