i am still recovering from that and not working because of my medical condition.  

The more I read posts or listen to the podcast, the more of a rollercoaster of confidence, motivation, then fear, and insecurities I get, because I feel there's so much to learn and it's overwhelming, as well as not wanting to fail and lose my hard earned money.One final thought I'd like to share, is that I am a oropspective medical student.

I am not sure if the VA Hospital does any leasing of housing for veterans who need to be in the area for medical care; the McGuire VA Hospital is right next to the property. 

If you grew up in construction, trades, landscaping, etc the answer would be different than if your in law or medical school or have " handy " back ground

I found BP about 22 months ago while i was medically recovering and looking for something that was more flexible and my mind could accomodate since i was 58 at that time.  

The retirees love the affordable living and great weather.Job growth continues with excellent companies like the Intel expansion/build out of its fabrication facility, Apple and many CA companies find AZ much more attractive than CA.

The cost to convert after building purchase was not only less expensive than building new but it also took less time to do so as well.The one facility I did build from the ground up is located between the two aforementioned cities in a steady growing area which has no old buildings.Each time I acquired, converted, or built, I checked out the local pricing and used a preliminary feasibility study from Mr Chiswell.  

Sadly I wa snot there, my wife was with him and he spent 20 of his 30 minutes there talking with her about medical school... she called and asked me questions for him, including what materials counter tops were and how HW was sent to the house.

In my case:Brand new coin operated laundry facilities (now its free but the w/d’s are on the verge of death)Fully renovated back yard – meaning your dog can’t use it as a bathroom any more without you picking it up…….
