I'm having a hard time pulling the trigger because it's a lot of cash to invest on one deal for myself.  

And watch out for triggering the due-on-sale clause!

Hi investors, Im ready to pull the trigger on my 1st of hopefully many multi's.

I'm curious what the heck would drive you to do all that researching and thinking prior to pulling the trigger?  

I've never done one of these and really need to put my mind to rest if I'm going to pull the trigger.  

You just have to be ready to make a quick decision and pull the trigger as soon as you see it.

The lender may technically be able to trigger due-on-sale, but likely would not.

I think he is using the lawn as something to keep us from actually pulling the trigger.
