Are "major" foundation issues a definite "NO" when looking for a fixer upper?

I am an engineer and currently work for a major ag/construction/lawn equipment manufacturer (I'll leave it to you to guess which one) at one of their factories in my area. 

Houston is finally starting to get some respect as we get a major influx of people coming from other cities looking for lower taxes and better quality of life.

The majority of lending sites seem to cater to home owners.

I did have a home inspection company that is well know around here inspect everything and they did say anything was major with Chimney

Blackstone also acquired a majority stake in a non-bank mortgage lending company this year called Stearns Holdings.

You can also go to the major commercial broker sites like Marcus and Millichap and CBRE where they lost their deals.

My favorite properties are 2/2....however mine are located close to a major city, DC.

The degree can be in anything, the major is not the point, it's the level of formal education they want in the profession.

The rents are at about $2800 currently, but market prices show I could raise them $3600 or more - one issue is whether the current tenants will leave (they are not under any leases).I got the inspection done, and there are 4 major things I need to get fixed.1) There are 2 chimneys in terrible condition.
