Is anyone looking into some of the publicly trades REIT’s and cost average over the next couple months with their stocks?

@Kenneth Garrett don't forget to include the back door stimulus (fed reserve money printing and purchasing stocks, bonds, etc.)

I am heavily into RE with a small amount in stocks-smaller now and lots of cash.

I think that even well-capitalized landlords should not have to bleed to maintain that situation.Aside from this, and generally speaking, I think that a hands-off government that allows free competition and does not grant bailouts in any sense, just keeps the infrastructure and common defense, is better than one that intervenes.

The owner got a mortgage through a company that has since dissolved and the mortgage company put all of its assets into the stock market.

I have started my new list this week and so far I’ve read;- bigger pockets book on managing rental properties- the book on rental property investing - thousand splendid suns- Kite runner- Richest man in Babylon - The smart investor - Think and grow rich (These books can include reads like the alchemist, which just help give views on life, but ideally right now I’m looking to find more on investment strategies between the vehicle of stocks and real estate: particularly multi unit) I’m looking for books that help enlighten us, as well for grow my knowledge in the realms of the overall investing mindset, theories, business startup and set up, management, accounting, financial and global economic understanding, and the “monopoly 1031 exchange method” As we all know we have a lot of time now locked in doors, so please let me know!

I know it's a bad time to take it out due to the stock market dive, but with the 10% penalty removed I'm tempted.
