I’d love to connect and network we’re moving to the east valley near Apache junction

Due to the high real estate costs in my area, I would love to connect with investors who have had success investing in long distance real estate or have completed a house hack in the tri-state area.

I would also love to start building relationships with brokers in both the MHP and RVP worlds. 

New companies like Intel, Amazon, and Google are also investing here.I own all of my investment properties here and work with a lot of out-of-state investors in both the east and west coast that love investing here for the turnkey and BRRRR opportunities that we have here.

I would set appointments with local investor/agents who are tapping the market you want to serve (just look at closed multi-family listings and see who sold them), and keep doing that until you find a person who stands to mutually benefit from coaching/mentoring you and expect to pay them a split to work alongside them until you're prepared enough to go on your own. 

This is why I love this BiggerPockets site because it brings like-minded real estate investors from different fields who come here to seek and provide opportunities to others and not be complacent in life and grow their experience and portfolios.
