Bad idea.It is common for new tenants to ask for an change to the move in date ahead of the start of a lease.

I haven't heard of that regulation, but that's not to say it doesn't exist.

-What are the experiences of the group in negotiating with the seller/agent to bring the price down because of this fact.....Do we hope to get all the way down to ACTUAL cash flow value?
