Everything that remotely smells like advertising is deleted in the forums :-( thus the paid marketplace area (hint).Since BP doesn't have non-US cities to choose when hosting and arranging local events, some people (wink) might have to choose a US location but be sure to add local keywords to their headlines and content.

We look on there for retreads and aged properties to see if the owner would do a big drop from asking that other buyers have forgotten about.It's not our main source for locating properties just a very small piece.

The Salesmen minimizes or ignores weaknesses, emphasizes strengths, ignores data he does not like, and substitutes bad temper and clownish insults for measured & substantive responses.3)  The Salesman if often, but not always, located in NV or UT.4)  The attorney explains things in a clear manner with citations and evidence. 

Even with the single bathroom, I'm confident I could get corporate & business clients because of the location.

Depending on the exact location you get get$1600-$1800/mo for rent.The mortgage rates for this is now around 5% so your mortgage payment would be around $1100/mo then add about $300 for taxes, insurance, etc.
