Mind-blowingly cheap...And @Oscar Calle yeah, tier one skip tracing is offered by only very few, which often is a shortened title search.

BP needs to develop AI and use Jay answer as the most "trustable" and "genuine" answer without any string attached.I still remember to this day Jay advice to buy the house that's on median price for that local.
