Or you can sell the property if you're looking to upgrade.Or try to buy properties on a lease option and set the term for however long you think you'll need to qualify for a loan to purchase it outright.

If you are going to live in the property, I would just suggest that you follow the terms of your leases exactly and rather than tell tenants you are the owner, just introduce yourself as the property manager.
