How can I consistently get strong leads!

There is this abandoned property but the last mortgage that was on it belonged to the housing authority.

However, the benefit of my husband being an agent is that he can get leads on listings as soon as they hit the market by checking in throughout the day on the daily hotsheets, plus you get all of the other information about the listing that's not on a 3rd party website and you can go to the property on your timetable and not have to schedule with another agent a time that works for them. 

I’ve been so focused on financial freedom and the fear of not leaving a lasting legacy to my kids that this book’s author would say I’m out of balance.

Other than: the lease agreementwritten receipt of the deposita copy of the DHCA’s Landlord Tenant Handbookthe condition reportare there any needed forms or locally required disclosures (e.g. lead, radon, etc) at move-in?

My question is: I obviously can't go driving for dollars, put up bandit signs or join a REIA networking group just yet without being there physically but what are some things I can do now while I am waiting to get out there to start marketing and generating leads?

Anyone wanting to do it should consult the proper authority like an attorney, of course. orIf I hadn't lived in the property then I would figure out a way to do a 1031 .

I been doing some wholesaling lead tactics and got one that just came in, in the Harrison area.
