Josh has done a great job at growing this site to what it has become and I am sure he cares about this just as if it was one of his own kids, but anyone who takes things personally over a post on a web site really has far too much time on their hands.

Unbelievably thankful that all the kids came in last night for a relaxed day of baking and decorating.

It also changes as you get closer to retirement or don't have underaged kids causing you alarm.

Many of the kids, I understand, have grown up and gone, and my immediate neighbors are older, except for one family, and I think they have a teenager.

I did a total gut rehab on the front building and built a brand new construction on the back.they signed leases with collage kids for each room at 800 a room  there are 12 rooms.. so they are going to close leave it vacant until the kids move in this summer. 

I was always the kid getting into trouble.

I know I did..people get sic they pass  they move to Thailand   they move to Florida or Arizona and just don't want to fool with it anymore.don't get focused on Sellers whys.. just understand the basics of that area.do your due diligence get a good home inspection there could be some major underlying structual or other issues that are forcing the sale.. when most people of middle age need money its for only a few things.1. pay for wedding or collage 2. down payment on house for kids.3.
