@Kenny Kamdoum you have the right intentions but not necessarily the right mindset.

Traditionally, on commercial properties you will submit a letter of intent (LOI) with your terms spelt out and the seller with agree or come back with changes.

Unless someone was intentionally being fraudulent (and you can prove it), there’s unfortunately not much you can do with that.

Step 1, Buy a large single family with the intention of doing some SERIOUS HOUSE HACKING ie: rent rooms in the house for extra income.
