I have spent quite some time learning, researching and preparing for my first Short Term Rental.

P.S I'm a little anxious because this is my first time using the BiggerPockets forum so please be patient with me!

I think 95% of the time you will be fine, so I would probably check the box, do a good job with pics and descriptions accuracy and deal with the 1-2 problem people per year.

Your personal experiences and suggestions would be incredibly helpful.If you have any recommendations or are a professional in any of these fields, I would love to hear from you.

Why buy now, when we're virtually guaranteed a lower rate in a short time period? 

Things to really look out for are an age restriction, setback requirements, SQ Foot restrictions and time constraints.

At the time I did not know enough about rentals and my financial partner was more interested in a flip instead of a buy and hold.

This is not a time share in any way.

.- I would have roughly 35-40 hours a week available to dedicate to progressing my real estate journey.For me, the big appeal of being an investor in syndication deals is that it is not as time intensive as other real estate ventures, so I can focus more time into progressing my career in video production and growing my income there.
