Bottom line up front: how much time is too much time for visitors?

Hello everyone, I am new to real estate investing.

But you need to know your current cash (including potential refi/HELOC proceeds) before you can even begin.I would also make some calls to a few lenders about what their terms are on loans.

I have heard CPA's and Tax people give bad advice when it comes to real estate.

I'm a First Time Poster, but long time reader on these forums. 

I have wanted to get into RE for some time now and finally decided to take it seriously. 

It also appears you can appeal to the Rent Leveling Board.It would be worth your time to speak with the Board or an attorney to see what your options are. 

It's really difficult.Some attorneys will help with collections, but their results aren't great and you have to pay them for their time, whether they collect something or not.My suggestion is to turn this over to a collection agency.
