@Donte Handy that sounds completely insane to me. i go to lowe’s and spend 11$ on a new keyed door knob/lock and install it in 3 minutes. i can’t imagine a scenario where you would need to pay that to be honest.

I know my cash flow would be negative while she was still living there but I would imagine my monthly payments on $58,000 would be decently cheap so even if she only paid me $200 a month i would not be losing too much money right?
