Here in Chicago the most I’d be comfortable with holding is a trash out fee if they left trash in the yard.

Our lender suggested we just sell my home as it holds around 300k in equity, but my real estate investment brain is telling me not to, and hold out until I can make this work.

Hi Paul, I will invest in small multi-family rental properties, primarily focusing on buying and holding long-term.

Majority of agents have no idea what seller financing even is.

Once the capitol is back on our side we can look into buy & hold rental properties and building a solid portfolio. 

I did not have standards to hold them to.
