We've found out their is no plywood behind the walls during electrical work and the guy said that's risky for lower than 15 degree weather.

Mine was 120v and the heater did not simultaneously run while the jets were on so if people were in it for 30 minutes and then new people got in it the temperature would drop from its standard 102 degrees down to 97 or so and where I’m at if it was 10 below zero that was a big problem.

I can study books in a library for hours/days/weeks/months but that doesn't mean I get the degree.

Most places have a tenancy board that protects both landlords and tenants-to what degree depends on the area. 

I know it could be an eye soar however it's positioned at a 90 degree line with the property.
