It was a battle getting them to agree to the Purchase price so I highly doubt they will budge lower, especially with closing scheduled soon. 

Orlando just opened Brightline high speed railway (Miami-Orlando with 2 stops i believe).

This is typically due to a high principal and low median rent within the area or its remote and I believe it may be a struggle to find tenants.

I'm aware that K1's are usually accepted and viewed as ordinary income with 2-years returns, however I'm struggling to find a lender that can decipher the difference between a private investment that issues a K1 and a publicly traded stock such as Enterprise Products, Williams, or Energy Transfer Partners. 

I am worried about getting in with the prices being so high in the entire Portland area, but I’m more worried about not getting in and getting my real estate portfolio going.Best Regards,Justin
