There are many active investors to network with who attend, networking has really helped me grow in my business in the few short years I have been investing.

I have put together a few people on my team but I am looking to grow my network as much as possible.

Its just too time consuming.

I would think dealing with a rental would be less time consuming unless you have a bad tenant or a problem with the property itself.

You’d be better served growing your capital and improving knowledge base while you wait IMHO
