Wondering what the thoughts are in the community about whether or not Florida will be fine for at least a few hundred years in climate change.Whether you think sea levels will rise or not, let's just say hypothetically they rise by ten feet.I believe any urban or dense suburban area will be saved by humans through a system of dams, dikes, bars.

So you will just have to level with your tenant that circumstances force you to sell and you will try to sell to someone that will maintain the property as a rental but you can't guarantee that.
