I've seen your expertise all over BP so I appreciate the reply.

Right now, even with all the resources that BP provides, I feel a bit lost in all the knowledge/expertise available to me. 

Additionally, the hands on training and expertise will be lacking in an online environment.

Development requires deep pockets, patient capital and serious expertise but it is very rewarding and a lot more fun than the typical value add.

@Sean Mcmahon, you have to realize that they do not have infinite resources and cannot buy every great deal and what you are looking for is their great on the ground knowledge and expertise.

@Rick Barbato it will all depend on the property but would be willing to share a bigger piece of the profit for their expertise. 

Even syndications demand time to vet sponsors and they generally require a significant amount of expertise to underwrite well, which most investors are not qualified to do properly.  

Both have similar expertise in investing. 

I wouldn't have the expertise to determine where the leak is that's causing that exact issue.
