my question I stay in the dc area and only do Air b and b or Coprate if you get a person that does not want to leave out of your unit it will take you close to a year to get them out due to the laws please chime in?

Collaborating with a developer on a multi-unit building or exploring newly built properties in burgeoning neighborhoods could be advantageous.

I agree with rents, especially with the increase of developments pushing "non-luxury" unit prices down.

I self-managed up to 25 units (over half mid-term rentals) until I hired someone for 10 hours per week to help me with the admin side of self-managing.

This thread is more confirmation for me why I will never invest in this type of unit/building etc. no thanks, dont need it.

I have no idea how you make money with $900/month rent on a unit but can easily see making money on $500/month on a workshop.- much quicker.  

Requires patience and potentially looking for off-market deals.Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU):Pros: Offers privacy and less noise transfer.

The result will be rentals are not maintained and will be come $hit hole units.  

Try looking at new Build 2 Rent units.
